The Pixie Fairy | $3,500 - $5,000
**Available at only a select few venues such as Ebell Long Beach, Rancho Las Lomas, The Harper, The Bel Air Bay Club, Temecula Creek Inn, Millwick, and Franciscan Gardens. If you don’t see your venue list, please inquire with us :)
For the couple who has a clear vision, but wants a helping hand to bring it all together. You have a Pinterest board locked and loaded and you enjoy being involved in the planning. We sprinkle our magic on the decisions you make, guide you along the way, and coordinate it all on the wedding day. We make the dream a reality!
The Fairies will start working 5-6 months prior to the big day. In meetings, we team up to make decisions on the details, big and small. And we will make sure nothing slips through the cracks beforehand or day-of.
This package includes:
Team of 3 fairies on the day of
3 planning and prep meetings
Wedding timeline and layout creation
Running your rehearsal
10 hour day of coverage
Set-up and styling of decor
Coordination of your vendors prior to the wedding and execution on the day-of.
The Sugar Plum Fairy - starting at $7,500 - $10,000
Book your venue and we will do the rest! Tell us your dreams, wishes and budget and we will help you book your vendors, design your wedding and make sure it runs smoothly the day of.
This package includes:
SOURCING + BOOKING VENDORS. SPC will work with the client's preferences, budget, priorities and design to source vendors for each category required for a wedding. Typically these are: getting ready location, hair and makeup, photo/video, DJ/MC, catering/bar, rentals, florist, officiant, cake/desserts, transportation, stationer, etc. Scope of work to include the following tasks:
Pulling 2-3 quotes per vendor category for client to review
Review vendor contracts
Discussing all options with client in helping them understanding pricing, different options, etc.
Keeping client within budget when booking each vendor
DESIGN PROCESS. SPC will work with the client to develop a cohesive overall design of the wedding by creating a custom moodboard and working with all necessary vendors to bring the design to life. Scope of work to include the following tasks:
Creation of moodboard
Guiding client with all design decisions
Sourcing any custom elements necessary
Setting up mock meeting with rental company and florist
Assist with invitation sourcing, welcome bags or any other elements that require to follow the wedding theme
LOGISTICS .SPC will work with all vendors booked to manage all details and logistics throughout the planning process. Scope of work to include the following tasks:
Suggest, verify availability & set-up vendor appointments
Review vendor deposits and payments -
Track vendor deposits and payments
Creation of timeline, layout, and other important documents
Distribution of wedding-day information to vendors
Liaison between vendors and wedding couple throughout planning process
DAY OF EXECUTION . SPC will be onsite throughout the entire wedding weekend to handle all management of vendors, couple, bridal party, etc. Scope of work to include the following tasks:
Direct wedding rehearsal with officiant (typically the day before)
On-site for vendor set-up
Typically includes anywhere from 4 to 6 wedding planners and assistant depending on scope of the wedding
Set-up supervision and overall management of wedding day
Wedding day emergency kit
Distribute personal items and flowers to wedding party
Direct processional activities
Direct reception activities
The Fairy God Mother - 10% of all contracts handled with a minimum service fee of $10,000
Everything mentioned in the Sugarplum Fairy package with the addition of:
Unlimited wedding planning meetings. On average, we strive to have 2 meetings a month from the time of signing up until the wedding. Client or SPC may request for more depending on the scope of work due during the time.

ASSIST WITH VENUE SEARCH. SPC will help client source new venue if necessary and guide client in understanding the cause and effect of each decision. SPC will reach out to venues that fit the desired criteria of the clients and collect all information necessary to review to make a decision. Scope of work to include the following tasks:
Reaching out to venues to pull quotes and availability
Guiding client in reviewing all options
Liaison between client and venue

**We have a minimum over all budget spend of $75K with our average wedding landing at the $150K - $250K range.
